Delete your ST8GE account

You can permanently delete your ST8GE account and its data at any time. There is no deactivation state — deletion is immediate and irreversible.

From inside the app

  1. Open ST8GE and sign in.
  2. Tap the ⋯ (More) button on the home screen.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete permanently.

On the web

Sign in on the web and follow the same steps as above from the ⋯ menu.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in credentials and profile
  • Your listings, staged photos, tours, shortlists, and property reports
  • Your uploaded originals and brand assets
  • Saved searches, leads, and open house records tied to your account

A limited amount of information may be retained where required by law (for example, tax and anti-fraud records), as described in our Privacy Policy. Public share links you created stop working immediately.

If you can’t sign in, email support@st8ge.app from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
