Why it exists
Physical staging is expensive, slow to schedule, and out of reach for most listings. Photo editing services solve the cost problem and introduce a worse one: images that quietly change the property. A widened doorway, a removed radiator, or a window that was never there is not a styling choice. It is a misrepresentation, and it is the agent who answers for it.
ST8GE exists to make the fast option also the honest one. The rule set that governs every render is built around a single idea: the building in the photo is not ours to change. What the buyer sees on screen should match what they walk into.
How it works
Capture the room
Use the camera, an existing photo, or a guided panorama. Empty, occupied, or still under construction all work.
Say what the room is for
Pick one function or combine several for open-concept spaces. Add a style, a furnishing tier, and optional modes such as accessibility or aging in place.
Receive a staged image
The render carries the Virtually Staged mark and an invisible render mark, so the image can be traced back to its source later.
What ST8GE will not do
- Walls, windows, doors, ceilings, and floors stay exactly as photographed. Nothing is moved, resized, added, or removed.
- Built-in cabinetry, counters, and appliances are left as they are found. No kitchen is extended and no island is invented.
- Life-safety items stay in place. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, sprinklers, exit signs, extinguishers, and pull stations are never removed, moved, or covered.
- Every output carries the Virtually Staged mark and a forensic render mark, so a staged image can always be identified as staged.
- Furniture is scaled to the room that was photographed, not to the room the render would prefer.

Verification anyone can run
Any staged image can be checked against its source, by anyone, without an account. If an image was altered after it left ST8GE, the check should say so.
